EducationHofstra Univeristy - BS, Chemistry , Columbia Univeristy - MA, Inorganic Chemistry
ExperienceI attended Hofstra University for my bachelor's degree in chemistry. I also minored in physics and math. I then went on to Columbia to earn my master's degree in chemistry. I've always loved education, and I've been helping students learn topics since I was a sophomore in high school. I've been awarded, achieved high GPAs, and otherwise achieved in school. I want to help others achieve as well. When I work with students, I relate concepts together using my own interdisciplinary knowledge in the student's interests. I want students to understand why a concept is important so that they are more motivated to learn it. When I can give someone a real life application of a concept, it easier for them to retain the information. I can tutor students in algebra, chemistry, calculus one through three, differential equations, organic chemistry, trigonometry, physics, and other math and science topics. In my free time, I like to skateboard, drop, and listen to music.
